Capella Stella Fey Epling - Attorney and Liar!

It's one thing to defend the thugs who are paying you to represent them for their blatant discrimination, it's an entirely different matter when sleazy attorneys, like Capella Stella Fey Capella Stella Fey Epling as a mad cow. Epling, lie to the court and then try to weasel their way out of it once they have been caught.

It wasn't until after we posted her first lie on this web site that Capella Stella started to worry - heck, we caught her lying to the court! It was only a matter of time before Capella's Sleaze Squad tried to undo the damage - we think they failed!

As Capella Stella Fey Epling is a liar (her partner in crime, Sir Chrisy the Sissy L'Orange has been too much of a girly-man and hasn't submitted any declarations of his own yet - he either wants Capella Stella to wear the pants or, more likely, is too much of a coward to do so), we're pleased to present both of her declarations here. Capella Stella Fey Epling Lies to the Court! (Declaration #1, filed 10/31/05)

As the following transcript demonstrates, Capella Stella Fey Epling is a liar. As noted below and elsewhere on this site (Stella Fey Epling: Perjurer? Hypocrite? Cry Baby?), she just can't seem to tell the truth and then, when she's caught with blood on her hands, she tries to play the semantics game (you know, the kind that all sleazy "lawyers" like to play)!

The following text represents her entire declaration that she submitted on October 31, 2005. As Capella Stella, along with Sir Chrisy the Sissy L'Orange, are the main sleazy attorneys representing Capella, she knew exactly what she was saying and why (in addition to the fact the she signed it). As Capella Stella and Chrisy the Sissy, had the final say in deciding to submit it, we believe that their reason for doing so was an intentional act of deceit - after you read it, we're sure you'll agree!.

I, S. Fey Epling, declare as follows:

I am an attorney with Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP, attorneys for Capella University (“Capella”), defendant and counterclaimant herein. I make this declaration in support of Capella’s Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Capella’s Counterclaim. I make these statements of my own personal knowledge, and if called, could and would testify’ competently thereto.
I am familiar with Plaintiff’s websites — www.capellauniversitv.org and www.capellanazis.com. In or around July 2005 I first visited those sites and reviewed disparaging statements about Capella. Shortly thereafter, my access and the access of all computers, nationwide, at my law firm was revoked. After attaching documents to the counterclaim which were printed from another remote computer I used to access the sites, I was no longer able to access the sites from, that IP address. I have observed that plaintiff appears to update his websites continuously.

Capella Stella Lies!

Gosh, her entire declaration, which she signed under penalty of perjury, consists of just three (3) short paragraphs. (Most second graders should be capable of that!) Even so, she lied to the court; specifically:

the Capella Nazis domain wasn't purchased until Oct 2005 - three months after Capella Stella first visited "those sites" (note, she lists just two sites that she visited ). As that site didn't exist in July 2005, Capella Stella Fey Epling is a liar. Period.

Next she hypocritically whines about not being able to access those sites (what about the FACT that her client, Capella University, does the same thing to students)! Then, in the same paragraph, she states the she "has observed that plaintiff appears to update his websites [sic] continuously. Makes a lot of sense, doesn't yet? Oh well, we shouldn't expect too much out of someone earning big bucks representing other liars - after all, birds of a feather . . . <smile>!

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed this 31st day of October, 2005, in San Francisco, California.

If she continues at this pace, she's going to catch up with Capella's Chief Shyster, Greg Thom in the lie department! The only thing we've added to Capella Stella's latest nonsense, are comments and links to appropriate sources to demonstrate that that she is a liar and to substantiate the facts.

Time for Capella Stella to Return to Judicial Romper Room!

Poor Capella Stella, she's so utterly clueless that she obviously isn't aware that this lawsuit is being conducted in a Federal District Court. Had she known that fact, she wouldn't have wasted the court's time by submitting the above referenced case as it has no meaning in a Federal Court. Specifically, the case she refers to (and, in true Drinker Biddle fashion, she spewed 12 pages of it at the court as an attachment) was a case that was before the Common Pleas Court of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Hello Capella Stella? Are you there? (Don't bother to reply, the answer is obvious to anyone with even minimal amount neural activity.) Are you really that STUPID to think that a county court in Pennsylvania has jurisdiction over Federal Court? Guess you must be having just another bad hair day.

The balance of this declaration addresses statements published by plaintiff after Capella filed and served its Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Capella's Counterclaim.
Plaintiff has published derogatory statements about me and my firm following the filing of Capella's Opposition, including but not limited to those set forth herein. The statements plaintiff has made are false, as set forth hereinafter.

Capella Stella: Hypocrite and Liar

Our poor Capella Stella! Talk about "derogatory statements" - what about the pile of crap (we try to avoid profanity on this site but, in this particular case, we're being very polite!) that you and your sleazy partner, Sir Sissy Chrisy L'Orange regularly vomit at the court?! Need we give some examples?

On one or more of his websites, plaintiff states and/or implies that I have lied to this Court, have intentionally lied¹ to this court, and have committed perjury, among other disparaging comments, included in Exhibit 16/24D (attached to my earlier Declaration).

¹ As lying and perjury require intent, this distinction would appear to be redundant.

Capella Stella Fey Epling did lie to the court! Period.

As evidenced in the footnote in which she states: "As lying and perjury require intent, this distinction would appear to be redundant." This stupid statement certainly gives the impression that Capella Stella is a completely ignorant dolt! Tell us, Capella Stella, did you buy your "law degree" from Lacrosse University - like one of the Capella "Instructors" (Diane Stottlemyer) that you represent? Let's get some things straightened out:

Yes, Capella Stella did lie.

You mean to imply that there is no intent on Capella Stella's part to prevail in this case? Heck, the nonsense both she and Sir Chrisy the Sissy L'Orange continue to fabricate is utterly hilarious! (Take a look at Vickie Cook's declaration for just one example!)

One would think that an esteemed attorney from Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP, like you, would understand the difference between lying and perjury (and contrary to your blatantly STUPID remark that the difference between the two appears redundant). As you have apparently studied law at either Lacrosse University or obtained your expertise from the inside of a Cracker Jack box, a competent attorney would have told you that only a court can determine if someone, like you, has committed perjury. Therefore, we're declaring you a BLATANT LIAR and are looking forward to the day when the court has determined that you have committed a deliberate act of perjury regarding this specific incident.

On November 12, 2005, I performed a search for my full name, "Stella Fey Epling," on the search engine www.google.com. The search resulted in 42 hits. The first seven of these are to plaintiff's websites, each of which, in the text of the extract, contains language stating or implying that I have lied and/or committed perjury. True and correct copies of these search results are attached hereto as Exhibit 30.

Just for fun, after you click on the link for the Google Search, see if you can count just how many hits appear on Google! This is, apparently, just another instance where you're the pot calling the kettle black!

Facts:

1. The Plaintiff's statement are true

2. Capella Stella Fey Epling's statements are lies!

My original declaration provided information about my experience in accessing plaintiff's websites. It was somewhat imprecise in that, "in or around July 2005" more precisely referred to the first visit to only one of the two plaintiffs websites mentioned. [emphasis is our's] Nor did that declaration include all of plaintiff’s websites of which I am familiar that are dedicated to disparaging Capella. For purposes of clarification and completeness, the following is instructive.

Okay, Now Capella Stella Starts Playing Sleazy Lawyer-Speak

Give us a break! Capella Stella Fey Epling tries to worm her way out of her lie, now that she's been caught in it! Let's examine the FACTS. Specially, Capella Stella's statement was:

"I am familiar with Plaintiff’s websites [sic] – www.capellauniversity.org and www.capellanazis.com. In or around July 2005 I first visited those sites and reviewed disparaging statements about Capella"

There is nothing "somewhat imprecise" about what she said! The fact is, www.capellanazis.com wasn't created until October 2005 - months after Capella Stella told the court she first saw it in July 2005!

What she stated should be crystal clear to even the lowest form of plant life. Capella Stella Fey Epling is simply a liar! Among the most relevant of plaintiff's websites I visited in or around July 2005 were www.capellauniversity.org , www.capellasucks.us, and plaintiff’s geocities.com website, www.geocities.com/Athens/3082, referred to in the counterclaim as La Marca's geocities [sic] website and which plaintiff refers to as the "College Review and More" website.

Well, well, Capella Stella finally decides to refer to a web site by it's real name! What a pleasant surprise! While you're at it, perhaps you might like to visit the Drinker Biddle web site (or was that the Stella Fey Epling Genealogy web site) at: http://www.genealogy-quest.com/Harless-Homepage/tree/p687.htm If Capella Stella can't figure out the real name for a web site and then toss around a bunch of nonsense, then can't we do the same thing!

Although I did not become aware of www.capellanazis.com until on or about October 13, 2005, that website is effectively intertwined with pages of other of plaintiff's sites, such as www.capellauniversity.org. As noted, I first reviewed that website in or around July 2005.

Okay, We're Convinced! Capella Stella Is An Idiot!

In addition to the fact that she is now telling the court something entirely different than what she lied about earlier, her next comment is just plain hilarious! Specifically, she states that this site is "is effectively intertwined with pages of other of plaintiff's sites," such as Capella Nazis, is about the most asinine thing we've heard yet out of Capella Stella! So, just to see how "intertwined" (and similar) they are, let's look at the following screen captures of their home pages:

Obviously (at least in the feeble mind of Capella Stella) they're identical! Right?! Now let's discuss one other little item: links. (Warning: this is going to be difficult for some sleazy lawyers to understand.) Yes, these sites have links to each other, as well as to many other sites on the Internet. Perhaps Capella Stella wants to blame the entire Internet on the plaintiff, after all, theoretically ALL web sites on the Internet are connected to ALL other web sites - in fact, they're all "effectively intertwined." Imagine that - what a great idea! Guess we shouldn't cast pearls before swine!

The websites www.capellauniversity.org, www.capellasucks.us, and www.capellanazis.com, among others, are registered to plaintiff with the servers NS1.BASSOONMAN.NET and NS2.BASSOOMAN.NET (hereinafter the "Bassoonman Servers").
It has been my experience that, once a computer is barred from one site served by the Bassoonman Servers, it is barred from all sites on the Bassoonman Servers.
