Lies #1 and #2

The following statement contains not one, but two lies. (The complete text that this came from may be found here.)

Lie # 1 - The Truth

The truth is that Kurt Linberg specifically told Tamara to ask the student one thing and one thing only. As the e-mail, listed below, attests, Kurt Linberg instructed Tamara Kuchar (and carbon copied other Capella jerks and liars such as: Lisa Wheeler, and Greg Thom [Capella's "Chief Counsel"]), Ms. Kuchar as NOT supposed to mention anything at all about a "tuition refund."

The simple truth is, Tamara Kuchar is a liar.

Lie # 2 - The Truth

Tamara Kuchar was an active participant in retaliating against the student - in fact, she played other roles in the "issues surrounding the complainant." As evidenced below, she was involved at least two weeks prior to what she told OCR!

Tamara Kuchar told OCR that:

She "had one role surrounding the complainant, On July 15, the Dean [Kurt Linberg] asked her to ..."

The real truth is, Tamara Kuchar was engaged in retaliating against the student far earlier and she had other "roles."

As noted below, she was receiving e-mails from from Diane Stottlemyer (the instructor who bought her degrees from a diploma mill) at least two weeks earlier. The complete text that this came from may be found here.

Again, Tamara Kuchar demonstrates that she is a liar.

 

Lie # 3

The following e-mail documents that Tamara Kuchar was instructed to call and ask the student just one question - she was not asked, nor did she ever, "offer (a) 100% refund [for all of his courses and books] or" [b] the opportunity to "tell his side of the story." The truth is that both Kurt Linberg and Greg Thom are a couple of wimpy "girly-men" who were too cowardly to write to the student - in fact, these wimps consistently refused to follow Capella University's own written policy that e-mail is the official form of communication. Instead, they had other liars, such as Tamara Kuchar, call so that they could hide their tracks. Obviously, that didn't work!

 

Lie # 3 - The Truth

Tamara Kuchar tells OCR that "she didn't have time to mention the full Tustin refund" when in fact, she was instructed by Kurt Linberg ask the student one thing, and one thing only. Once more, Tamara Kuchar is caught lying to a Federal Law enforcement agency!
