Kurt Linberg's Initial Sob Story

Kurt Linberg is a liar. The following post, that outlines his false "anger" at Capella's incompetent implementation of WebCT, was nothing but a facade for what was to come. The fact remains, as the Dean and "Executive Director" of Capella's School of Technology, Linberg is clueless as to the horrendous problems students were reporting. It's also important to point out that Capella University, according their feeble President, Michael Offerman, had already proclaimed that WebCT had under gone months of study and had been "universally praised" by non-existent test subjects.

Disturbingly, as soon as Kurt Linberg started lying about his false "concern" regarding the problems with WebCT, he also became one of Capella's chief thugs in retaliating against a student who lawfully reported Capella University to Federal Law Enforcement Agencies for discrimination against students with disabilities.

Another Kurt Linberg Lie - Where's the ADA Report?

Kurt Linberg, has a habit of saying one thing and then refuses to honor his word. Obviously, this displays a gross lack of integrity on the part of someone who serves as a Dean and "Executive Director" at an "accredited university" such as Capella!

The following e-mail was sent by Linberg sent to a student promising to provide the documentation on WebCT's compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Not only did Kurt Linberg have no intention of doing so (even now, more than a full year after he made this statement, he has refused to turn anything over), but no one from Capella has ever produced any such document. Due to Linberg's lies, we don't believe that such a document even exists. It should be noted that Capella's Chief Counsel, Greg Thom, also promised (and lied) about the same thing.
